You mean the Cold Civil War being waged against the constitutional republic? I don’t know whether there will be open warfare (who on the Left would actually be willing to take up arms), but it is definitely a war from within against the United States as we know it. These people are doing far more damage to our country than any enemy could ever have hoped to.

“You mean the Cold Civil War being waged against the constitutional republic?”

Partly. But what really sticks out is the systematic removal of civil war statues, pictures, displays, and verbiage that is being used as a tool to demonize history. Over the years, it was better understood that the civil war was more than a war concerning the freeing of the slaves. It also was financial and posturing for governmental control. But the slave issue was used as the focal point to start and continue the carnage until one side got beat to their knees, in this case the south.

This concept is still being used today. The mistreatment of black Americans is being generated by the same people that did the actual mistreatment years ago, i.e., southern democrats.

The south didn’t want to free the slaves, they needed them. But on the same pretense, the north didn’t need to anyway except to protect the government voting in congress by the rules of the time. So, freeing was a mute point. Getting the south under control was the issue.

But the northern conservatives made it look like they came in on their white horse to free the slaves. And the liberal southern democrats dug in their heals. We don’t see many, hopefully no, Jim Crow Laws, or marked drinking fountains, or seating locations, or non-service signs as most of that has been stopped. And that went both ways believe it or not as I saw signs in predominately black areas like Compton, California that had no white signs posted as late as the 90’s.

Have we stopped making war with each other? Ask the cops that were picked off in Texas. Ask the high school football teams that took knees during the national anthem when they are just barely worldly enough to wipe their nose.

It’s still out there, unfortunately. And again being used for the wrong reasons. And all the time the people that are out there killing or being killed are nothing more than pawns. A tool to an end that will never happen.
