Great chunks of Utah have been declared national monuments by Bill Clinton and Barack Obama, forbidding the extraction of coal, oil and natural gas. The amount of energy in those tracts of land is enormous.

Man is a natural creature too. There is no reason man should be prohibited from committing a natural act on any Federal or State owned land. Besides, any misdeeds by man is always cleaned up naturally, providing opportunities for other natural creatures and man has become more responsible at limiting misdeeds.
