Yeah, it’s damn ugly. But we’re not helpless bystanders limited to the ultimatums of civil war.

The “optics” of contempt for Trump are driven primarily by the MSM — the voice of the owning corporations — corporations you may depend on.

The only thing that could possibly turn it around is a whole new attitude from the media. Anyone who can't say with sincerity and convey "President Trump is our elected leader, and any disrespect to him is an assault on our freedoms" should be fired. No more reports unless it's a live, recorded interview with the source. No more positive or neutral publicity for those who advocate or find humor in advocacy of violence against President Trump and his supporters.

Besides that, I blame the Republicans in DC. If they don't realize, fast, what side they're on, the coup cannot be stopped. Their expressions of sympathy were real nice yesterday. Only problem is most of them seemed to think it's all about them. It's all about US, and giving 100% support to our elected choice to be President.

Odds of those things happening? I'd guess near zero. Is it wrong to fear that the US could become a shooting gallery this summer?
