Even Salon.com Sees No “Blue Wave” Overtaking Congress in 2018

The Democratic Party is looking for any hint anywhere in America that they are turning back the tide that hit our political shores with the arrival of the TrumpTrain. While many in the media have touted President Trump’s low approval ratings as a sign that the Republican Party is already in retreat after a decisive electoral college victory last fall, the fact remains that the Democrats are in disarray and will not be returning back to power any time soon.

Even Salon.com’s Andrew O’Hehir agrees with this assessment of the Left. He wrote a recent soul searching article for his base of liberal Americans about how there will be no “blue wave” taking over Congress in the mid-term elections next year.

The mainstream media descended on a House race in Montana recently as a showdown for what direction this country is heading. A sparsely populated conservative state in the West will be the real indicator of Trump’s popularity nationwide!

Obama got Elected twice and The Butcheress of Benghazi won the Popular Vote (or so we are told), so anything is possible.

Remember, it ain’t over until the Liberal Commentators cry on live TV.

There are still way too many Americans living in America. The ‘RATs’ Xenos and Muzzies haven’t taken full control yet.

It’s really too early to tell, but there’s not much to suggest big democrat victories in Congress in 201

Good article, although I feel like I need a shower after going to Salon to read the original article.

The danger isn’t a bunch of snowflakes turning out. The danger is the GOP not showing up.

Democrats have to defend 25 Senate seats in 2018; the GOP eight. Many of the Democratic-held seats are in red states, while seven of the GOP's eight are in safe, conservative states.

They're not going to be taking the Senate. One can already hear the media's 'well, the Democrats did pretty good, considering the ugly Senate map' moral victory crapola all the way from here in 2017.

the democrat party can blame themselves for there being no undercurrent of support for there party... if they had excepted the results and instead of protesting in different cities had just voiced there objections Politically to what trump was doing instead of trying to concoct a claim of illegal and unethical behavior they might of had at the best staying where they were politically as far as senate and house but I think they are going to lose in 2018 because they wont be able to get the vote of people that are not loyasl to a party.

Clarion Call to all the voters in the Georgia, 6th Congressional District. Cast all your votes for “Republican”, Ms. Karen Handel in the upcoming special election being held on June 20th, 2017!!! We must defeat Obama’s personal Man Servant, Democrat, Low life, Jon “Pajama Boy” Ossoff!!! A defeat for Ossoff is the beginning of the destruction of the entire Democrat Party nationwide!!! This is one of the most critical votes you will ever partake in!!! Go Karen Handel, Go Donald J. Trump...M-A-G-A!!!!

Just defending 25 Senate seats, 7 of which are losers.

As my favorite perfessor used to say, "f the f'ing f'ers".

PROSECUTE THE WIN. RUN UP THE SCORE.

FRiends, we can have a Supermajority, if we believe in it. If we put aside the niggling differences with Congressman A and Senator B for just a few months, we can give President Trump the banhammer of all time - he is ONE more SCOTUS seat away from being the most transformational President of the first half of the 21st Century...with a 2-year Supermajority, he would simply be, THE MOST TRANSFORMATIONAL AMERICAN PRESIDENT since Roosevelt.

The Democrats know this but IDENTITY POLITICS has RUINED them to the point where they can only POINT fingers at EACH OTHER.

This is our greatest moment. Those of you over 70, you remember other great moments, and this is right up there with them. You know you can Make American Great Again, with this singular election.

Those of you under 50, PUT YOUR FINGERPRINT ON HISTORY! Join/aid/assist/embolden/pray, and put your money where your mouth is for #2018GOPSupermajority, and also to help JimRob and JohnRob ensure that we never have another down moment for the next 18 months.

Yup. And I'd like to see the GOP voters show up during the primaries.
