Yes..It looks like Terry Branstad was already confirmed so what’s this guy doing...trying to make waves or something....???
Trump hinted that Branstad could be headed to China even before Election Day..... and announced plans to nominate him before he even took office.....so was this guy an old hold over from Obama’s losers?
