You are probably correct. North Korea’s bluster needs to be faced with our own bluster (show of force). And if it came down to it - I don’t think anybody wants a nuke exploding in Asia. Now a few Tomahawk missiles at some rocket-fuel storage areas.....

Not to mention the fact that the nuclear armed subs could hit North Korea from virtually anywhere... They never go near land when on patrol, the deep water is their friend. :-)
Tomahawks, on the other hand, have a relatively short range of around 800-1400 miles depending on variant.
