According to a youtube report, the entire island of Mindanao. Including the Sulu Archipelago, which is a real hotbed for muzzies. The muzzies are mostly out in western Mindanao. I see a few here and there, but they don't bother anyone. They have little public support here.
We are heading to the mall soon. Usually there are civilian security guards, but this time I expect to see Philippine Army troops inside the facility. I have seen them before.
