Don’t stop there. Give them their own reservations to live on. Start with Chicago.
UChicago is 72K this year. I doubt many of those making the demands are paying full fare. So glad my kid saw it for what it was and opted for something else.

If the south side of Chicago were its own separate city, it would be one of the 10 biggest cities in America.
Actually this could be a good idea. Let the black activists take over the south side, and west side, and incorporate as separate cities. Then they can’t say anything about racism, for when blacks are in charge, they and they alone are responsible for the state of affairs within their cities.
