At school? Yes, you are right. In the work force? I think they have less power there and actually can be pushed aside by the Latino community. Out here in Cali, at least, Latinos have the numbers to create their own strata in the work force, and Blacks don't have the clout to combat it.
Allowing someone to control your actions, for what ever reason, makes you a slave. Regardless of any statistical identifying factor.
Because they are a different race than you, allowing them to guilt you into believing that their racial differences are a legitimate issue, removes the over 200 years of jurist prudence that has evolved in our country.
The race card has been so over played so much that I now encourage its use by those who carry it. It does nothing but show the allegiance of the carrier.
