I’m opposed to launching a preemptive nuclear strike, and I’m surprised you would be in favor of such. We can remove Mr. Kim with a combination of conventional strikes and diplomacy.

In the future, I’d launch a pre-emptive nuke strike if I thought they were preparing to deploy an EMP device.
