After the changes in the Senate, it will go back to House where it will fail to pass. This is just buying time. Trump will by then have gotten his tax bill passed and moved on to the 2018 budget. The government will shut down and he will let ObamaCare implode, by holding the subsidies to insurance companies. By the end of the year the Dem’s and Rino’s will be begging for help.

Why on earth would the Democrats beg for anything? Trump and the GOP owns healthcare now. If Obamacare implode then the Republicans will be blamed for it. If Trumpcare is passed, then the Republicans will be blamed for every unfilled promise, every person who loses coverage, every hangnail suffered. And the Democrats will just sit back and plan their 2018 campaign commercials.
