People said there was no way we would vote out the sitting Majority Leader who was supposed to be the next Speaker, his name was Eric Cantor.
He was defeated in June of 2014.

The demographics of Ryan's district are overwhelmingly in RINO Ryan's favor. His most recent primary had a lot of money backing his opponent Nehlen, plus big time support like Laura Ingraham. After months of work, campaigning, and publicity, Nehlen only got 16% of the vote to Ryan's 84%.

If the primary had been closer, there might be hope for a do-over. This is one primary that needs to be rethought and re-engineered. Something is seriously wrong with the people living in his district.

Unfortunately, Ryan with his lobbyist friends and big money donors, the majority of whom do not live in Wisconsin, has a considerable head start as does any incumbent.

We desperately need TERM LIMITS now! But it will never happen.

1) YOU ARE NOT TRUMP’S BASE. His base is white guys in the Rust Belt who voted for Obama twice. They care NOTHING about abortion. They care about manufacturing jobs returning, even if it means the companies take a loss. This is not conservative and neither are they. THEY ARE TRUMP’S BASE and they DO want at WALL, not because they care about immigration. Because they want those jobs back. We’ll see if they get it in Oct’s budget. What is on the table now is just a CR.

2) Ryan is in the Rust Belt. So are his voters. They are Trump’s base, not you.

3) You’re going to have to offer up a name to replace Ryan with the NUMBER ONE CRITERIA BEING — can he get legislation passed. Not can he make you feel good. Not can he throw you red meat. Can he get legislation passed, and this may require Dem votes. If you don’t get legislation passed, particularly the debt ceiling, then your parents get no medical care.

As Rush said today on his radio show, when answering a question from an angry caller about getting rid of Paul Ryan, that we would just get another version of what we have now.

Remember what happened when we got rid of Boehner? We got Ryan and nothing changed.

Rush said until we get rid of the US Chamber of Commerce, the lobbyists and the K-Streeters, the Uniparty RINOs would just put in another of their own kind in the speakers slot.

Basically he was saying that getting rid of the man doesn't change anything. The powers-to-be behind Boehner and Ryan control who gets picked for the Speaker's position and it's not going to be a pro-Trump person.
