Ann should cohost a show with Milo, their YouTube talk is GREAT listening
Michelle Malkin, Mark Levin & Laura Ingraham all get a show
Add in BOR & Hannity, maybe even Tomi & they have a Network going
FOX News viewers are LOYAL to the Conservative cause NOT FOX News so I am willing to bet if a new Network pops up with this kind of staff & shows, it will detrone FOX News quickly

Of course buying the networks already in existance would be the easiest move, but who knows if the owners would be amenable to sharing.
I definitely think this is a possibility unless the talent from Fox has ironclad not compete contracts.

Many hve non-compete clauses for a period of time (say, a year.) The only lifetime non-compete clause I know of was that of Roger Grimsley, who was the anchor on WABC-TV Channel 7 In New York. Others may also have had them and we don’t know it.
A non-compete for a limited time is somewhat common for major talent.
I like your choices. O’Reilly is no conservative, but he’s a slightly right of center populist — but he draws ratings. He’d enable the rest of the talent to establish a higher ratings base for their shows until he retires in 5-6 years, at which point they’re established, just as he helped establish Fox as the force it has been.
Buck Sexton could be an excellent choice. Maybe raid Dana Loesch from The Blaze? Or Lawrence Jones? Both good talents.
Many, including me, are dismissive of Tomi Lahren (although she is cute), all the more so since her abortion statement. But even while at The Blaze, she was a strong Trump supporter (even during the primaries), and she reaches millennials in a way none of the others we’ve named does.
Perhaps a real news show, similar to “Special Report”. Who was the investigative reporter who left CNN recently because he realized what kind of network it is? Greg Hunter?
You could follow Fox’s example and name Laura Ingraham’s show after her old O’Reilly segment — “The Ingraham Angle.” (Both Megyn Kelly and Jesse Watters named their shows after their “O’Reilly Factor” segments.
