Hillary Clinton ignited a firestorm a few months ago when she publicly called half of Trump supporters a basket of deplorables. Hillarys saggy speech was on September 9th, and is worth watching again, both for her hubris, and for the reminder of what our nation and the world avoided.
Recognizing a hanging curveball when they saw one, Team Trump jumped at the opportunity, and hit a grand slam, Deplorables Unite (Do you hear the people sing) one week later.
Welcome to all of you deplorables! Trump boomed as thousands screamed Trump! Trump! Trump! and We love you! Trumpsters embraced the Clinton label and wore it as a badge of honor. In the space of just a few days, Trump rally-goers began to sport I am deplorable T-shirts and signs.
Last night I listened once again to Deplorables Unite. The shiver it evokes in me is different from that of the Star Spangled Banner, but just as strong. Remember the energy? In defiance of the people, nearly every major institution still stands athwart our agenda to Make America Great Again. President Trump needs to keep up the excitement, the vigor that propelled his supporters. I hope his handlers understand this pressing need to keep the Presidents troops FIRED UP against the continual statist onslaught to remove him early from office. What is needed is a rally every month, and always show the video, Deplorables Unite.
Do you hear the people sing?
Singing the songs of angry men?
It is the music of the people
Who will not be slaves again!
When the beating of your heart
Echoes the beating of the drums
There is a life about to start
When tomorrow comes!
Will you join in our crusade?
Who will be strong and stand with me?
Somewhere beyond the barricade
Is there a world you long to see?
Then join in the fight
That will give you the right to be free!
Do you hear the people sing?
Singing a song of angry men?
It is the music of a people
Who will not be slaves again!
When the beating of your heart
Echoes the beating of the drums
There is a life about to start
When tomorrow comes!
Will you give all you can give
So that our banner may advance
Some will fall and some will live
Will you stand up and take your chance?
The blood of the martyrs
Will water the meadows of France!
Do you hear the people sing?
Singing a song of angry men?
It is the music of a people
Who will not be slaves again!
When the beating of your heart
Echoes the beating of the drums
There is a life about to start
When tomorrow comes

Bump
When Trump came onstage to backdrop of “can you hear the people sing” well that was the highlight for the campaign and when I knew he was going to roll Hillary.
I hope Trump remembers why he was elected. The DC swamp can pull even the most determined into it grips.
Trump has not forgotten the movement that brought him to the presidency. Nor has he abandoned it. Trump has done what no one expected. He has been a leader. He does not get out in front of the parade to appear to be its leader. He actually leads the parade and he is taking us where we did not expect to go.
He is not destroying the seat of government. He is changing it. Bit by bit, day by day, edict by edict he is changing the character of our government. He takes all of the small victories. He creates victory in unexpected ways and places.
He battles to win. When he can not win he retreats and rebuilds, waiting for the moment to return to the fray.
Trump is a leader the likes of which we have never seen. He is fearless, brave, a visionary but not an ideologue, a genius who is always 3 or 4 steps ahead of his adversaries. He just keeps winning, and winning, and winning.
Trump has 8 years to work on it. It’s going to take some horse trading — which is why we elected him.
I voted for him because I believed in his campaign promises in spirit, and his love of country and commitment to looking out for American citizens.
President Trump is playing the ‘Big game’ now. Priorities change and cost of failure increases.
I don’t regret my vote and wish everybody just focused on President Trumps accomplishments and the ‘in your face reversals’ of Obama policy.
