You have to admire how the Tribes contribute and how important they have become to local charities. Very, very generous. Looks like a good deal for that city. They get a brand new fire station looks like.

This tribe owns 95% of the land around Palm Springs. Businesses in the area can only get up to 99 year leases for their buildings. They cannot own the land beneath them. Any child born from this tribe is an instant millionaire. Went to several of the casinos in the area. The payout was horrible!
