Didn’t he already get a scoop with the Susan Rice story?
The tone of the article (snooty look down stressing an alleged lack of reliability) brings to mind the early days of Drudge. Various critics in the MSM had made, repeatedly, same points about the Drudge report (and, to be sure, there had been a few cases where he’d been wrong). He then spoke at a jounalists event in DC. Acknowledging the critiques of his work (which took no more than a few minutes) he then spent the rest of his time (an hour?) listing all the errors the media had made despite their sizable staffs, fact checkers and editorial oversight over a time period comparable to his own with the result that it was clear he was doing an outstanding job and them not so much.
Someone needs to assure the writer of this article that despite having chosen a dying industry for a career there are real opportunities for people with his talents in the field of Starbucks barista or drive through window sales. If he can develop (or learn to fake) a little humility there’s no reason why he should starve (this assumes, of course, that we can cut illegal immigration -— something in his own self interest he should be 100% for).
