Will passing a National Reciprocity law finally end this unconstitutional practice? They don't follow federal drug guidelines, what makes you think they'd abide by that?

Gun rights fall under a Constitutional Amendment.

They don't follow federal drug guidelinesFederal drug laws (which are unconstitutional, btw) don't direect states to take any particular action; a national reciprocity law would.
