As I understand the video, he's trying to create an easy way for people to figure out how to track the money in government to help make corruption harder to to do.

That and is limited to just 1 state. EVERY state has it share of crooked pols, and overspending. I can reach 100 tops on FB. I don’t know how to do Twitter or You tube. And the are being CENSORED by Google.
FR has the best posting/linking system I’ve seen.
