If Trump fires Comey I will look like he is hiding something and the Mean Streak Media will have a field day with the fake news ,,, look what happened to Nixon .
Trump has no down side. He is being 100% sabatoged. What more can they do if he fires Comey?
By going after Trump 100%, they have put him in a position where he is free to do whatever he wants because there are no further consequences he can suffer.
This is the downside with going all in against a guy. You lose all leverage for the future and empower him to go nuclear against you because you have already shot your wad.
It does not matter how it looks of Trump fired Comey. There is nothing left the Democrats or media or leakers can throw at him they already haven’t.
Comey just needs to relocate his office to Fort Levenworth.

I disagree. The situation today is much different than it was in the 1970s, especially for the MSM. Back in the day the American people believed anchors like Walter Cronkite and David Brinkley. There is nobody with credibility like that in the media now. Many people just don’t believe the media anymore.
That's why you don't fire him. You send in the U.S. Marshall Service to arrest his a$$. But, like all .govers, it will never happen.
