Author is hyping it up. The communication between Stone and Guccifer was on Twitter. That’s not exactly some nefarious private communication. Anyone could have communicated with Guciffer on Twitter.

Podesta wasnt hacked ! He was phished ! He exposed himself. He fell for a link and he clicked on it. Idiots keep saying he was hacked. Big difference.
IIRC, that Twitter exchange took place after the hack.
