So many unknown factors resulting from a preventive attack on NK. First would China and Russia stand by and let their junk yard dog be taken down followed by having US troops on the borders they share?

If nuclear detonations take place would deadly fallout go into these counties? For instance Russia’s main city in the Far East is less than 100 miles from that border.

Does NK have nuclear artillery shells? Might their missiles hit the South Korean and Japanese nuclear plants resulting in massive and long lasting wide spread radiation? And last do they have effective biological super weapons?

The results being a massive changing of the Far East and maybe the entire world.
