Who are “The People”?
The People are the citizens of the U.S. and lawfull residents.
Foreigners who are not yet here are not “The People” and therefore have no rights under our Constitution.
Further, they are not “Persons” in the context of the Constition or U.S. law.
They are “Aliens”.
Idiot judges don’t even understand the “establishment clause”, nor the separation of powers.
The First Amendment reads “CONGRESS shall make no laws...”.
The Executive Branch can ban whomever it wants.

Trump isn't a Cuckservative. He's not going to play the judge-and-court games and get humiliated when a single judge makes a ruling and destroys everything he worked for, i.e., Roberts and the Obamacare ruling, a judge in California that nuked the anti gay marriage proposition, etc. etc etc.
Trump has ABSOLUTELY NO INTENTION of allowing these Leftist judges to derail him.
