Trump should do the right thing and shut down the government until they pass a budget. Do not sign another appropriations bill. Either pass the budget or watch sob stories for months. Trump voters will stick with him through this. Congress will feel the heat much more. Force them to pass a budget!!
Unless tehy pass an acceptable budget, just veto and keep veting.
There may be room for amendments, changes, but in a certain direction — and if the changes are acceptable, incorporate them.
