11. “If you push a negative hard enough, it will push through and become a positive.” Violence from the other side can win the public to your side because the public sympathizes with the underdog.

Exactly. And we need to remember your statement and repeat it like a mantra.

The other component to this is that the public needs to know about it and the violence.

And we need to get this information out to the public if the media refuse to do so.

Sympathy for the underdog may win in the court of public opinion, but as the recent Super Bowl showed, the underdog is an underdog for a reason. Power still wins.
