Dumping college kangaroo courts is an idea whose day has come
There is finally some good news in the fight to return rape investigations and prosecutions to the only place they belong: the real justice system.
Georgia House Bill 51, sponsored by Rep. Earl Ehrhart (R-Powder Springs), passed out of the House Appropriations Committee 35 to 10. It now moves to the Georgia Senate.
Any claimed crime should be handled by municipal police. No exceptions.
The kangaroo courts are a very bad joke and should be eliminated.
This is a real sensible idea. My heart goes out to victims of rape. But the victim (and in some cases the accused) deserve the protections of the legal system. Why would any victim go to a college tribunal, anyway? The incident would forever blemish her biography. Best to keep the proceedings away from the campus.
I always give this advice to any young man going to college
DO NOT talk to women on campus
DO NOT acknowledge women on campus
DO NOT study with women on campus
DO NOT open doors for women on campus
DO NOT go to parties with women on campus
DO NOT look at women on campus
Do your time and get out. The entire college experience has been reduced to punish men and indoctrinate women. You are the enemy. Meet women at other venues away from college. Your life can be ruined in a second by some angry feminazi.
