you just read:Talibari, Muslim, Isaq and Bukhari. Otherwise, you are just guessing; the koran is not like the Bible as it takes four other books to understand what the first says.

My suggesstion would be if you don't want to read all the Hadiths , I would first read Bukhari, and then read Muslim, and you certainly would understand the fundamentals of Islam.

In line with this thread I would recommend reading William J Federers book - "What every American needs to know about the Koran" -Tom

Correct. Though when I first read Sahih-al-Bukhari, the sheer inaneness made it hard to complete
