THE CLOCK IS TICKING ON GOP CONGRESS
Canada Free Press ^ | 03/04/17 | Jeff Crouere

Posted on 03/04/2017 8:44:47 AM PST by Sean_Anthony

The GOP failures during the George W. Bush years contributed to the victory of the most liberal President of all-time, Barack Obama. This time, Republicans need to deliver on their mandate or they will be sent packing by the American people

In early 2009, conservative activists started meeting across the country to organize the first Tea Party rallies and express their opposition to the liberal agenda of President Barack Obama. Activists were most concerned about the biggest component of the President’s agenda: the socialized healthcare plan formally known as the Affordable Care Act, but referred to as Obamacare.

If the GOP Congress doesn’t end Obamacare, the 2018 midterm elections will be an awakening....

I would not be surprised if the One Worlder’s of the RINO class in the House and Senate were continuing to work to defeat and damage anything and everything of Trump. Trump is going to have his hands full these next 4-8 years just staying one step ahead of every thing this corrupt mob will try to do to get him out and a One World dimocrat or RINO in the White House.

So far, the GOP Congress appears to be more frightened of Obama’s holdovers than they are of Trump.

The democrat politicians and Gop politicians are owned by globalist rich donors including Soros

Trump is the only one on the side of the American people as no one owns Donald Trump.

Repeal and replace. I say repeal. Replace it next year during the election season.

The GOP- reminds me of a football team playing in an important game preparing to throw the game.

I just don’t trust Congress to back up President Trump or anything he does.

“So far, the GOP Congress appears to be more frightened of Obama’s holdovers than they are of Trump.”

I think they have been given reason to believe they have been monitored by the weaponized intel agencies and are likely subject to blackmail.

So they play ball with Obamas holdovers.

If intel agencies can wiretap a presidential candidate for obvious political purposes, it’s childs play to do the same to a Congressman and their staff - and you’ll likely find lots of stuff they would rather remain secret.

“...moving along faster...”?

I think McConnell has given the Dems far more time than they needed to honestly “advise” on President Trump’s appointees.

THEREFORE, Trump, McConnell and Ryan should quickly schedule a “Congressional Recess”. This will allow the President to “recess-appoint” his nominees, thereby bringing the Dem’s disruptive delaying game to an end. And then, after the GOP landslide in 2018, the President’s nominees can be confirmed in an honest process.

Money. It costs them more to act on principle or on their electoral promises than it does to lose an election. If they continue to follow the direction of Pelosi and Donohue they can look forward to lots of campaign money to help- them get re-elected and a really fat salary as a lobbyist if they lose anyway. If they do not play along they lose out on that campaign cash which will be spent on their opponent and they do not get the fat paycheck after they lose an election. While in office if they play the game by the CofC rules they get continuing favors and wealth that doesn’t stick to their IRS forms. We used to call that stuff bribery and corruption. Anyway it is pretty damned close to 100%.

It’s called ‘collusion’. IMO, they realize things go too far ‘out of hand’, *THEY* may be taken along as well.
