ObamaCare is here to stay, until a more invasive, costly, and restrictive form of healthcare is pushed upon us, for our ‘supposed’ benefit.
A lot of people believed that with President Trump and a Republican controlled House and Senate, we would finally see the end of ObamaCare. In President Trump’s address, last night, he called for the repeal and replacement of ObamaCare. ObamaCare will NEVER be repealed!
Let me rephrase this, slightly. The end goals of ramming ObamaCare upon a defenseless and non-represented populace will never be repealed. ObamaCare was never about healthcare. ObamaCare was and is about increasing health insurance premiums and deductibles, imposing draconian regulations upon individuals and businesses, and restricting access to healthcare. ObamaCare is not the end game of controlling the population, it is just the beginning. Population control comes in two forms. The first form deals with who is allowed to live. The second form deals with how people are allowed to live. ObamaCare covers both end goals of population control, within the health insurance and healthcare fields.

Obamacare is simply more of Medicaid with payers getting charged twice...once in their paychecks and again through Obamacare...i.e., the workers pay again AND AGAIN!!
Do the lies never stop? And they seem to be coming from foreign “news” sources more as the local media has been embarrassed enough that they are laying low for a while and getting help from ultra liberal countries like Canada.
I guess they missed what the wrote when they said “he called for the repeal and replacement of ObamaCare” I guess the word replacement represents a four letter word in their dictionary. Idiots!

I am less optimistic than I was before.
Many Americans want no part of self-responsibility. They truly believe that government can and will take care of them. The nanny state has become their god.
Our politicians have bought into this state of mind also.
AND as long as the US government can continue to pump out massive debt, at manipulated interest rates, in a totally printed currency - then who is to say they are wrong??

Don’t be too sure, the Uniparty LIKES Obamacare, it gives them control over people.
They passed repeal measures repeatedly when they knew they would be vetoed, but now they do nothing.
I believe that Trump is sincere, I do not believe anything about Ryan, McConnell and the rest of them is sincere.

Nothing I disagree with in that excerpt. In fact, I’ve come to most of those same conclusions.
It’s why I simply cancelled my health insurance the day Obamacare went into effect. I buy health care like I buy oil changes.

Canadian Free Press is a good source. They uncover a lot of government criminality.
However they do tend to be very pessimistic, and for good reason.
Look at it through their eyes. They see rinos and scumbags like Schumer and Pelosi as being a threat to the repeal of obummer care.
Plus so many repubs with varying plans that the strength of the conservatives could be diluted.
Worry about the outcome does not equate to fake news.
Laws don’t just “die” without legislative action to make it happen. Otherwise, they lay dormant until someone else on another segment of the political spectrum wants to invoke the law.
Sure, Obamacare might prove unfundable. But it remains just as dangerous if it is not properly done away with.

This was originally about REPEAL. “Replace” as added after the election. And what they will have to replace it with is something that does away with the mandate and replaces it with a tax credit - to offset a tax increase.
I worked for a company that sent out a lot of mail at the turn of the century. I worked on a project involving accepting and using USPS address verification input. This was when they were eliminating addresses with route and box number, replacing them with standard street addresses.
The idea was that if you used this system, you would get a “discount” on your bulk mail. But what they really did was increase the price of bulk mail by a certain amount, and then discount it that exact same amount if you used their system.
So our income tax will go up, but those that get HC insurance will get a tax credit to offset it.
I hate the idea, but at least it isn’t a mandate.
