Somalia has the climate of California, the population density of Kansas and 2000 miles of coastline astride one of the busiest trade routes in the world.

Let the UN declare it a "refugee resettlement area" and give China a mandate to govern it for the next 50 years. Give every country with a population density greater than Kansas a 50 year or more rest from importing the third world.

Once Somalia is filled up, find another broken third world country with similar characteristics and make them into the next multi-cultural utopia in like manner.
