America welcomes legal immigrants with open arms and generosity but, if there is ever any doubt, after proper and thorough vetting, then, as my Virginian friend had suggested, “when in doubt, leave them out,” they don’t have what it takes to become a
Prince William County Chairman, Corey Stewart, Republican candidate for Governor of Virginia, said during a press conference, “On behalf of the Board of Supervisors of Prince William County, I’m requesting the Trump administration to identify, detain and remove the 7,500 criminal illegal aliens that we have handed over to ICE over the past 10 years.” According to Stewart, the criminal aliens were handed over by local law enforcement to ICE under a program called 287g. “Of the 7,500, 1,000 have been rearrested.”
Corey Stewart has been fighting for the citizens and the rule of law for Virginians for years.
We need the next Governor to be on the side of the citizens and the rule of law.
Ed Gillespie is not on the side of the citizens and the rule of law.
I called his campaign for Senate weekly urging them to use Warner’s vote for Rubio’s Gang of Amnesty bill against him and they refused, because they agreed with amnesty.
Ed Gillespie is a Cheap Labor Express Republican and a Bush leftover loser.
We don’t have all current Americans employed. Why bring in ANY for a while.
The INS is supposed to be enforcing a 125% over poverty line rule regarding income. If they are accessing WIC, EBT, welfare, then by law they don't qualify to be here.
Or, the families of these people can sponsor and refund all monies from the welfare state back to our Treasury.
These are economic refugees, not real ones. I hear it said that enforcing immigration is like being Nazis and deportation is a Holocaust!
No it is NOT! We are sending people home, we are not executing them or gassing them in ovens or experimenting on their live bodies.
There was no access to the Treasury with entitlements until modern times and we have had the quality of who comes in go down in modern times for several reasons.
#1 We cannot screen the health of an illegal or what diseases they have if they don't follow a legal process.
#2 You are supposed to have skills to make it or leave, and when people with few skills not here legally access the welfare state, the natural process of leave or starve to death here never happens and we drain about $45,000 to $120,000 a year for each of these families.
#3. No speak the English, and as they dominate what we used to call entry level first jobs in life as their career. The service industry ONLY hires usually Spanish speakers so they can sell to Spanish and English speakers.
This has put citizen English speakers out of the market for almost all first jobs situations in all hotel and service industry jobs.
Now I have compassion for those from places like Mexico who only want to eat and do better in like but three things regarding that:
#1. How.can we discriminate in favor of our neighbors to the south that make up 87% of the immigration illegally here? Doesn't the rest of the world, including citizens of Mexico who come in through proper legal channels deserve first rights to be here.
#2. Shouldn't other countries fix the problems in their own yard instead of sending them to us to pick the fruits from our better run society?
I reject the notion that deportation back to a home country is being a Nazi or a Holocaust.
What kind of a hellhole does that purport their home country to be then?
The home country uses border hopping as a money making scheme to ease their expenses at our great expense.
#3: Lastly, we don't have all the money lying around to pay for forced charity to other nations through taxation by those legally here, and increases in the national debt for support of other nations citizens not here legally.
Many of those here illegally are nice people, they are just not our responsibility.
We barely in the great society can handle our own elderly and our own massively disabled. We have no money tree to shake down for other purposes.
I have heard it said plainly, “Why be broke and starve in our own country, when we can be broke, but eat and live well in the USA”?
That is the attitude, but I don't appreciate the dedication cation mostly all to their home nation when they survive because of the generosity of the people of the USA.
Must remove all carrots from the stick!
The liberals purposely conflate the issues of legal immigration with that of illegal aliens. And they do this why??? Because they have been told its bigoted to oppose illegals??? Afraid of being called a racist or xenophobe or deplorable per Hillary criteria???
The liberals never acknowledge that we have a very generous system of legal immigration in place. They make it sound as if we are a cruel nation, when in fact we are very generous in allowing immigrants in the first place.
Nuances such as I just mentioned are lost on the liberals.
