Trump needs to take this guy out. But I dont even think that would be enough. He really needs to do a first strike.
Trump's stated position is that Red China has the leverage, and we should put pressure on Red China to bring this uinder control. I think that is a better plan.

They’ve been doing that for nearly 20 years though and it hasn’t worked. Kim is on the verge of an ICBM and is working on an h-bomb. We can’t afford to wait much longer.

IMO China regards N Korea as a very useful irritant to the US. They will pretend to mollify the Norks, pretend to work for tranquility, all kabuki theater. My .02.

Trump's stated position is that Red China has the leverage, and we should put pressure on Red China to bring this uinder control. I think that is a better plan. It has been the stated position of every Presidential Administration dating back to BJ Clinton that China should "reign in" North Korea.
That position didn't work with Kim Jung Un's daddy, it isn't working with him. At what point (dating back more than 20 years now..) do we recognize that position AIN'T WORKIN' and we need to do something else?
