Tarek Fatah is a liberal secular Moslem. Needless to say quite a few libs and Moslems up in the Great White North are not too pleased with Mr. Fatah.

How can one be a secular Muslim? It is not a race. That is oxymoronic.
That is like saying I am a secular Christian: It is one or the other.
One can be a secular Arab (or Martian); one cannot be a secular Muslim.
He should describe himself as a secular former Muslim.
