Yes. That's true. Even if they're wearing a funny blue suit with a badge on the shirt. Those guys are posing a categorical risk of danger to everyone around them ... even in the donut shop. So I'm justified in treating them like anyone else who is armed and posing to me a categorical danger of death or grave bodily harm.

Right?

How 'bout that, "Judge"?

The battle was lost many moons ago.

Made worse by the fallacy of ‘compelling State\govt interest’ over Constitutional Right(s).

The posit of Constitutional law has taken a back-seat to ‘precedence’...as if unlawful\illogical rulings had any weight to begin.

Course, back when we had a Republic...
