Bite me chuck...but we do have a problem. We are missing one justice...with trump likely having to go to the Supremes after 9th circuit goes rogue
It would be interesting to know just how much effort was put forth to Judge Shop this around.
Expect it to be the norm to use west coast Judges that will make rulings late Friday night
I’ll say this. The dems are fighting and showing backbone when a lot of Republicans did not do squat when they were in the minority and even now in the majority.
That ain’t no judge, Shmucky, it’s a political hack abusing the power entrusted to it by us, and it needs to be impeached and disbarred.

If President Trump blew his nose, in front of Chuckles Schumer, he’d claim that THAT was a great reason to NOT allow Gorsuch to become a Justice and also not to confirm ANY of his Cabinet, to boot.
