Good. Rioters, whether amateur or professional, need to be taken down on the spot, arrested, and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. It’ll be nice having a real Attorney General who enforces the law, not to mention 30 states governed by republicans. Rule of law is the foundation of civilization - it’s okay to protest, but not to riot.
// This needs to happen way more often, so far left wing rioters in this country have gotten away with just about everything. //
Felony rioting charges are long overdue. Good to see it here.
A teacher attending the DC protestors planning workshop (shown in ____ video part I) expressed concerns re: arrest; was assured by organizer there would be minimal consequences.
Hope it was worth the $2,500 they were paid.
Agiprop tools.
Baghdadi??? geesh......and when are the other 210 going to be arraigned?
Watch out superbowl snowflakes, Houston ain’t Berkeley.
Prosecutors drop charges for 5 arrested on Inauguration Day

Prosecutors have dropped felony rioting charges against five more people who were arrested after protesters broke windows and torched a limousine in Washington on Inauguration Day. That brings the total number of dropped cases to nine.
The U.S. Attorneys Office for the District of Columbia made the announcement in a statement Friday. The office did not say why the cases were dismissed but said prosecutors are working with police to review evidence related to the Jan. 20 arrests.
The office had previously dismissed charges against four journalists who were arrested while chronicling the actions of a group of self-described anarchists. Police originally arrested 230 people and charged them with felony rioting, which is punishable by up to 10 years in prison.
Once Sessions is head of DOJ, it will become the norm until they start to get the message - the days of getting a free pass for committing mayhem and violence/destruction of property, because one disagrees with something, are over.
Looks like some of them will be getting their very own orange jump suits in the near future :)
10 years in a federal slam would do him good.
I wonder if the camera fix was kept quiet and the rioters behaved as if they thought the cameras were down. The previously downed units may have captured the most criminal behavior?
Hahaha. Go to jail. Hahaha.
They are not worried about anything. That is a lawyer starting his work of gathering sympathy for his clients. He will begin talking that to the prosecutors, and then comes the concerned family. You will know the attorney has the prosecutor where he wants him when he can begin referring to the clients jokingly as Bonnie and Clyde. Staff in courts see this all the time.
If you remember, that FNC clowny-guy who gets right up in the action may have been doing it to assure the rioters that there wasn’t enough footage being captured. If the sqwak on the ground was ‘we have no visibility’, the rioters might have stepped it up.
At any rate, when this group is made an example of, there ought to be quite a bit less of this monkey business. Did you note the names of the rioters don’t sound exactly like wrong-side-of-the-track names, and all white-sounding?
“He let them OUT on bail??”
I think they’ve been out on bail for a couple weeks and were told to report for court now. Frankly, I’m surprised they showed up and aren’t on the lam.
Good! Let’s hope to see more of this. It’s all sh!ts and giggles until these useful idiots face felony charges. A felony conviction means more than not being able to legally own firearms and not being allowed to vote. It’s a complete game changer and NOT for the better. They will effectively lock themselves out of a large part of the already troubled job market. A felon cannot be bonded. Nor would they be able to work in most union shops, even though many of the thugs who run the unions are convinced felons themselves but that’s beside the point. And forget about any civil service or government jobs. Since many of these snowflakes are pursuing education degrees, GOOD LUCK trying to land a teaching job. Or any occupation that requires interacting with minors, even if they’re not registered sex offenders. And even those who decide to live off the government tit, fat chance getting into any of the better subsidised apartments. Housing authorities are loathe to allowing felons to move in. Feel good about yourselves thinking you made a difference?
They have only appeared before the magistrate judge for their arraignment. Their trial judge will be a different one.
May I suggest El Reno in Oklahoma?
Hmmm...I can't find THAT provision in my copy of the second amendment. Anyone who should not be armed should not be running around loose.
