Eliminate all public employee unions — even the Left’s hero, FDR, said they were illegal. JFK created them by executive order...they can be dissolved by executive order, as well.

The notion that a President can’t fire a bunch of bureaucrats because of Union shananigans is laughable! Reagan fired ALL the Air Controllers.
Human Resources can reorganize a department thus eliminating jobs or change the job descriptions and lessen the job responsibilities and thus the pay. Another tool is to evaluate the job performance of everyone and counsel the employee if their job performance isn’t up to par and then counsel them again if they don’t correct their job deficiencies.
My guess is that there are people willing in every department to point out, behind closed doors, the RATs who have been leaking and following orders from the DNC and RAT Senators and Congressman.

And if that didn't work, they were sent to the worst, most distant assignments possible to get rid of them.
Tell the guy that's trouble at the EPA, that global cooling seems to be coming back, so his new workplace is in Nome, Alaska so he can be close to the problem when he studies it.
