Much of AFFH is buried in regulatory law
Yes, President Trump can halt HUDs Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing program even before Dr. Carson is confirmed.
If you follow the news, you probably noticed that President Trump is moving quickly on his campaign promises.
You have also probably noticed that the Senate opposition is slow-walking his cabinet appointments to make it harder to for the president to address regulatory actions.
This is a big deal.
How are they slow-walking?
yup. never forget, D.C. is for D.C. they won’t but grudgingly give up one shred of their ill gotten power.
The feds have no constitutional right or authority to meddle in or interfere with housing and urban developmental issues. Those issues belong to the states.
Strike hard and fast! I sure Trump knows that. While the Liberals are back on their heels wandering around the wilderness flood them with these kind of actions.
This is important.
The distribution of Section 8 vouchers will turn many very nice communities in Ferguson,Missouris.
VERY FRIGHTENING——and that bastard wanted this as his “legacy”
.
The whole enterprise was to flip reliably “red” Congressional districts to purple and end the advantage that Republicans currently have through redistricting.
Trump is not going to let them succeed.
Overwhelm them. Destroy them.
“communities in Ferguson,Missouris.
“
Oops, —”into Ferguson,Missouris”
THIS WOULD HAVE LET MUZZIE ‘MIGRANTS’ GET SECTION 8 HOUSING ANY PLACE THEY WANTED
Do you like your small town 100 miles from the big city? You’ll like it even more with a couple of hundred ‘migrants’ living there for free.
Would this cut off subsidies to those who have already been “placed” in a less disadvantaged neighborhood, or just prevent additional placements?
In Tinytown where I now live, the city fathers are continually whining that the population, thus the tax base, is too low.
So they think the solution is to apply for HUD grants to build “affordable” housing, then encourage the welfare crowd to move here!
First they had a plan to build a 100 unit section 8 apartment village.
The neighbors shot that down. (It can be done. FReepmail to ask me how.)
The new scheme is to build single-family, brand new, FREE replacement houses for people who have failed to maintain their existing homes and let them fall apart.
In the era of 3.5% mortgages, these folks, even at minimum wage, could have easily applied for mortgages and gotten the exact same tacky little homes built, with monthly note below $400.
But noooooo. Expecting them to pay a mortgage. like the rest of us, woulda been racist.
It sounds like your city fathers need to be replaced.
Stopping their bad ideas is a good first step. Removing them from positions of authority should be the long term goal.
Now we know why the US Senate has refused to confirm Dr. Ben Carson @ HUD. Obama illegally drained the coffers of Fannie & Freddie to prop up Obamacare without Congressional approval. This was a financial crime wave the PTB allowed to happen! Drain the swamp now! (infowars.com)
Reddit.
Go read the infowars article, please. It’s an eye-opener and contains a big reason so many in DC are against Trump: $$$$$$$$$$$$ 0bama used ILLEGALLY to prop up 0bamacare.
