Eastern Syria / Western Iraq (ISIS territory) would be the perfect place for the new Pali state. Destroy ISIS, then move the entire pop. of Moselms from Gaza and the W. Bank there. ..by force, if necessary.
It would be that. But Jordan IS the other half of the Palestine Mandate and was the portion promised to the Arabs. Israel was to get that portion west of the Jordan River. The Jordanians are the Palestinians insofar as such a "nationality" exists.
