In any case, EMTALA was around long before Obamacare, and isn’t (AFAIK) up for discussion regarding repeal.

No, your kid dies where all people die, in a bed. GovernmentCare or not, people will die.

Has Congress recently banned death?
Got news, people die.

But GovernmentCare hurts children.
