When iPhone launched in 2007, it was called the Jesus phone, the one that everyone wanted, and other manufacturers wanted to mock. The iPhone was launched by Apple CEO and co-founder, the late Steve Jobs at the MacWorld conference in 2007.

The iPhone was a fantastic innovation.
Apple needs another fantastic innovation but alas without Steve Jobs that will be difficult.
Jobs was an amazing entrepreneur and according to many who knew him an amazing asshole.
The tech genius is the other Steve, the Woz. According to many who know him he is an amazingly kind and generous man.
Wozniac’s 6502 assembly routine to drive the old 5.25” Apple 2 disk drive is some of the best coding I ever saw! I loved writing asm code for the old 6502 :-)
Woz told the manufacturer of the floppy drive that they just wanted to buy the bare drive as they did not need the controller board....he emulated the boards functions in 6502 assembly and saved Apple a boatload of money.
Wiz gets the credit from people that know tech. Jobs was the leader of the cult,which my family are members.
The iPhone is a cash cow. No more real innovations coming from Apple.
He goes through wives like candy, but I'll never forget that last US Festival: David Bowie, U2, The Clash, Van Halen, The Pretenders, INXS.
If Apple wants to innovate, get ride of Jony Ive. Send him off to a retirement from Apple.
No company has given a designer such an influential role, yet, he does not understand how people interact with technology. Or how technology can impact people. Think Apple watch.
