Conservatives who are sick of the tyranny of President Barack Obama and wary of the corruption of failed Presidential wannabe Hillary Clinton have had no better ally for the past few years than Congressman Trey Gowdy of upstate South Carolina.
Gowdy recently stood up with a national advocacy group for veterans and brutally criticized lame-duck President Obama for his sickening neglect of the VA healthcare system and for the way Obama’s government retaliated against whistleblowers both within the Internal Revenue Service and the VA.
Said Gowdy, standing shoulder to shoulder with Concerned Veterans for America, “I don’t like bullies. Government against whistleblowers is an unequal fight. Free speech is the ability to speak truth to power without consequences.”
Continued Trey, “With very few limitations, you have the right to say what you want to say. But as a responsible citizen, I have to use that right judiciously. There are people in the media who are professional and there are some who have lost all pretense of objectivity.”
Added Trey, destroying Democrats for perverting the Constitution, “Constitutional equilibrium is out of whack. I wish my colleagues would just read the document and not confuse it with the Declaration of Independence or a poem by Robert Frost.” Ouch! Do you agree with Trey about the scandalous way Obama and the Democrats have run our country into the ground?

Hate to interject here, but the enemedia can't lose something they never had to begin with, and anyone stupid enough to view their "reports" over the last few decades and not figure that out on their own, is too stupid for oxygen.
All talk. He punted on Benghazi. All he would say is, “Read the report.” Big frickin’ deal. A little red meat here and a little red meat there. Where is any actual action of substance?
Gowdy is a fine talker. Now he needs to be a doer. Can he put some backbone into this bunch of do nothings called Congress?
You’re missing the point. They’re not even trying to maintain the pretense of neutrality any longer.

Goody is a little yapping Taco Bell puppy. I thought he was the $hit when I first saw him too, after awhile I came to realize he is just pleasant noise.

He pretends to be in opposition, but he accomplishes nothing.
He puts on a good show.

Like almost all of South Carolina’s Congressional delegation, he’s a Cheap Labor Express stooge.
Gowdy, who represents South Carolina’s manufacturing-heavy fourth district (including Greenville and Spartanburg), emphasized that labor shortages persist in several low-skilled sectors of the American economy, notwithstanding overall high rates of unemployment. “I will go on another plant tour this afternoon,” he told Laura Ingraham on her radio show. “I wish you would go on plant tours with me . . . and ask the question, ‘Do you have any openings?’ And 99 percent of the time, the answer is yes.” He said that in many cases due to visa restrictions, for farm labor, “It is actually costlier to hire an immigrant. And yet the farm worker is almost invariably an immigrant. You can’t pay an American to pick blueberries.”
