My recommendation to Trump would be to wait a few days in order to give the place a good fumigation before moving in.
With the current family not going anywhere except down the road, I would be surprised if some of their stuff hasn’t already been moved out. If not, why not? If it hasn’t, that’s pretty poor planning. Other presidents haven’t stayed in town; they’ve all left for their home states so it made sense that their stuff wasn’t being moved out until inauguration day. I would be very surprised if the Trumps have anything they even want to move into the WH except perhaps their own beds etc. The WH domestic staff will have everything ready for them. I have no doubt of that. They are the only professionals in the whole pack of miscreants!

I believe it was taken just before Trump and Obama got together after the election, supposedly to smooth out the transition.
