That one is right out of PEOTUS playbook. I’d bet they talked. They didn’t have to, though. The Obama move was so JV and anybody could see a way around it. Leaving Obama to look like a petulant, irresponsible child.
Putin learned by watching Trump and his advisers no doubt did too.
This is combining chess with master trolling.
Now Putin is no nice guy. He’s playing to the end game when there’s no middle game even laid out on the chess board.
Real hacking which the Russians and Chinese are vastly adept means real results.
Russia hacked an electrical grid in Ukraine and brought it down. They did it again and took out power in part of Kiev, the Ukrainian capital. Also did the same thing to a government agency delaying issuance of checks for seniors.
We’re going to need to elevate the standard playbook that’s for sure.
