Back in North Philly, we called them “Zip Guns” back in the day...
This is MUCH fancier... :^)
Well...it’s affordable.
When I was a kid around 5 years old, several of the neighborhood boys had made zip guns. They were typically only around 10 years old.
They weren’t doing it to evade laws, they were just doing it because they could. I have no idea how to make one but it must not be that hard.
but.....remember.....a socsec check precludes YOU ALL!
just a reminder.................
Dick G@Planet WTF!

Slamfire shotguns were widely used in the Philippines.
How old are you?
Wow. That looks like a really spectacular way to blow your own face off.
When I was a kid, I knew a kid who had a hook instead of a hand as a result of a garage gunsmithing project like this. He did eventually succeed in killing himself, but I can no longer remember whether he was the dumbass who was driving drunk and thought he could beat the freight train to the crossing or the dumbass who decided to prove the handgun wasn’t loaded by putting it to his head and pulling the trigger.
I made a 12 gauge mole gun a long time ago out of an angle iron tripod with a pipe barrel and a wire tripped spring loaded ‘hammer’ against firing ‘bolt’.
You just stick it on a new mound and when the the dirt gets shoved against the wire trip blamm! Mole guts!
I put a plastic trash can over it.
It works great. My father inlaw showed me how he made one.
