Gee, I forgot that it was Reagan who refused to recognize the AIDS issue as a health crisis. I would have sworn it was the homosexual community itself that demanded no action be taken that would leave them ostracized. Guess must be I had it wrong!!!!! Could it be? NOPE!An enforced quarantine of all active male homosexuals for a few years would have relegated AIDS to obscure medical journals as a foreign disease.
