A missed opportunity by the representatives of the State's tourism advertising program. Instead of flatly refusing to debate the issue, they could have turned it into a forum for exploring ideas and solutions. They could have created a positive outcome and dare I say even fun with the concept instead of looking like opaque and scared bureaucrats.
