It is only a matter of time before these politicians realize what their inferior subjects think of them. Canada lags behind the U.S. but hopefully it will only be a matter of time
Politicians are a strange breed. A trend seen around the world is that of ordinary men and women rising up against their democratically elected leaders. These leaders are seen to be more interested in their own wealth and power than they are in acting in the best interests of those they were elected to lead. This can be seen in the Brexit vote and the election of Donald Trump as the next president of the United States. And in France, Marine Le Pen has taken a commanding lead in the polls ahead of the presidential election that will be held in April.
Much like Hillary Clinton and the Democrats, the elites, both politicians and their friends in the media, cannot believe what is happening. Their reaction is to simply call those who supported Brexit and Trump, racists, Islamophobes, xenophobic, sexist, etc. If the state of the world was not so serious, this would be totally laughable.
The lengths to which the revolutionary French went back in the day is starting to come into a whole new perspective, aint it?
The dam is breaking and all that came before will be swept away.
Kinda like the end of the film They Live.
We live in the age of “doubling down.”
Well, if Hillary had said “Let the deplorables eat cake” that would have been the last straw. :-)
This is very serious. They are just at a low ebb, but the longer cycles of history are in their favor. They will regard this historical moment as the Reichstag Fire, their pretext for ruthlessly suppressing freedoms of the common man.
The Left has been drunk on its own power for so long that it’s got liver damage now and is facing the DTs.
More like the movie “They.”
But bearing absolutely no relation to the movie “Them”.
