Who saids the 1911A is Inaccurate?

NM = National Match. These are items common to the M1911A1 NM target pistols. Some manual fitting may be required.

Also, you may need a gunsmith to do the new high visibility sights install and trigger job. (The reason for a gunsmith trigger tune up is you are more likely to produce a full auto M1911 if you remove too much metal or get the trigger to sear relationship incorrect.)

Other parts are easily installed by the owner.

You should consider a Rock Island Armory by Armscor (Philippines). They are forged steel clones of the mil-spec M1911A1 and come with 8-round mags (will take G.I. 7-round also). This is a great bargain and many of the "fixes"; are already built-in to this pistol at the factory (though the wood grips have to go). The pistol is available from Centerfire Systems and retails for $379.99.
