The left wants to rewrite our laws, redo our elections, and unravel our democracy.
I wrote a piece for American Thinker, Yes, There Is a Coup On in America to call attention to the fact that our government, media, and Washington establishment is attempting a coup d’etat right before our eyes. I pointed out that per 18 USC Ch. 101, Hillary, Clinton, even without an indictment, was legally disqualified to run for President after her mishandling of classified information. I called out the FBI and Department of Justice (DOJ) as accessories after the fact when they used their positions to cover her crimes and enable her to avoid prosecution, called out the corporate media complex that shielded Hillary from her crimes and served as her attack dog. This cabal openly defied our government, broke our laws, ignored regulations to make Hillary Clinton the Democrat nominee and it was all done in the open for all to see.
Their #1 obstacle is GUN RIGHTS and Americans KNOW that guns is their #1 obstacle!
I think they have a Plan E and a Plan F too and those plans will be just as effective as Plans A-D. They haven’t figured out that they have lost all of their power over the past 8 years.

I disagree. The Constitution does not contain that limitation. It sets for who can run for president very clearly. So the statute is unconstitutional.

So glad he is surrounded by generals with strategic minds to recognize the numerous attacks and disarm them or diffuse them before they escalate and attack.
They are overly engaged this time and the vitriol is off the charts. It will be a rough eight years.

8 years of a soros/muslim brotherhood coup. The question is whether they’ll give it up without a fight.

No. A good algorithm should replace SCROTUS. There is no place for subjective interpretation of the Constitution. The left has done enough damage.
If the traitorous Left wasn’t scared enough, all those great generals with their strategic minds nearby seems to have sent them into a full-scale panic.

Excellent idea - there must be 1000 things that could go horribily wrong with the ‘good’ algorithm - not to mention the scifi movies where that ides always turns out badly ... and not to mention: who exactly writes the ‘algorithm’?

Well, they are in the Constitution so we have them. But you raise a good question indirectly. Do you know that the Constitution does not give SCOTUS the final power to declare federal laws unconstitutional?

Nope. It’s distributed just like other power. The states, congress, the president.
In the original Constitutional scheme, SCOTUS had power only in cases before it. It could refuse to enforce an unconstitutional law. That’s the judicial power.
So, for example, SCOTUS could refuse to enforce criminal charges against a Tranny for going in the girl’s bathroom if it thought the law as enforced was unconstitutional.
OTOH, SCOTUS issuing injunctions against states and administrative agencies mandating that they all have transgender bathrooms is a whole different degree of judicial power.
(Not to mention that the Constitution doesn’t make transgenderism a constitutional right)
