No. Le Kuan Yew was one of the greatest Asian leaders of the 20th century. After the US defeat in Indochina in 1975 he organized the Asian Tigers to bring in foreign investment, create jobs and prosperity. This stopped the "Domino Theory" dead in its tracks.

In this case, your opinion is not supported by any facts, leading me to suggest that you have no idea about the Philippines, law, lawlessness, politics or economics.
